Who would you
keep close?

A photo of them, kept in your Apple Wallet. Private, and with you anytime.

The keepsakes above are examples. Yours stays yours: we never store the photo.

People used to carry each other in lockets. A small hinged thing on a chain, with someone’s face inside. You opened it when you missed them. Then we stopped, and the photographs went into boxes under the stairs.

What you actually get

A pass in your Wallet,
not an app.

A Wallet pass is the same kind of card as a boarding pass or a concert ticket: it lives in Apple Wallet, opens with a swipe from your lock screen, and needs no app, no account and no signal. Ours carries a photograph on the front and your words on the back.

  • 1Front. Their photo, their name, one line you choose.
  • 2Back. As much as you want to write. Only whoever keeps it reads it.
  • 3Forever. No expiry, no renewal, no us in the middle.

Still got the bear
About Maximus
He chose the bear when he was eight weeks old and it has been his ever since. It has survived two winters and countless hellos at the door. He still shows it to every guest first.

What you get

It lives where your
boarding passes live.

Not an app. Not a widget. A pass in Apple Wallet, sitting between your coffee card and your flight. Except it’s her.

Opens with a double-click. The same gesture as a boarding pass. It’s there before you’ve thought about it.
Works with no signal. On a plane, underground, abroad. It isn’t loading anything.
Nothing to install. No app, no account, no password to forget.
Nobody else sees it. It isn’t a post. There’s no feed and no one to share it with unless you choose to.

Questions

The ones people
actually ask.

What happens to my photo?
Deleted the moment your keepsake is built. Not in 24 hours, immediately. We don’t keep the finished keepsake either: it’s attached to your receipt email, and that email is your copy. Nothing you give us ever trains anything.
Do I need an account?
No, and you can’t make one. Your receipt email carries the keepsake itself, so your inbox does everything an account would, with nothing to log into and nothing for us to hold.
Can I get a refund?
Keepsakes are made and delivered in seconds, so they can’t be returned: you see exactly what you’re buying before you pay. If it’s faulty or never arrives, we fix it or refund it, always. A gift that hasn’t been sent or claimed yet can be cancelled any time for a full refund.
I spelled something wrong, can I fix it?
Yes, free. Tap Fix it free on your receipt, correct the crop, the name or the words, and a corrected pass is issued at no charge. Each keepsake gets one fix, so check it twice.
How does gifting work?
Make the keepsake, then choose: we email it to them on a day you pick, or you get a link to send however you like. It costs them nothing and needs no app. Unopened gifts wait 90 days, and we’ll tell you the moment it’s opened.
Does it work on Android?
Keepsakes live in Apple Wallet, so making one needs an iPhone. If someone sends a gift to an Android phone, they still get the photo and the note, just not as a pass. Google Wallet is what we’re looking at next.
What if I lose my phone?
The keepsake is attached to your receipt email. Add it to a new phone any time, forever. That email is the copy that matters, which is why we say to keep it.
Does it ever expire?
Never. It works offline, abroad, and at 3am, and it stays in your Wallet as long as you want it there. The only clock anywhere is the 90 days an unopened gift waits.
